Returns
At Accorn, we want you to love your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, you may request a return under the following conditions:
Eligibility
Items must be returned within 7–14 days of delivery.
Products must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags intact.
Items such as intimate wear, personal care products, or custom/personalized items are non-returnable for hygiene reasons (unless defective).
How to Initiate a Return
use the “Request Return” option in your account.
Include your Order Number and reason for return.
Our team will review your request and share the return address or arrange a pickup if available.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product received was defective, damaged, or incorrect.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you about the status of your refund.
Approved Refunds
Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Rejected Returns
If the item is not in its original condition or is returned after the return window, it may not qualify for a refund.
In such cases, we will notify you and ship the item back to you.
Exchanges
You may request an exchange for size or color (if available) within the return window.
If the requested item is out of stock, we will issue a refund or store credit.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos or a short video. We will replace the item or offer a full refund at no additional cost.
Order Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase before they are shipped.
If the order has already been shipped, you can request a return after delivery.
